The materials were scanned using Epson Perfection 4180 Photo Scanner.
Images were edited in Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.

The digitization process was guided by the Western States Dublin Core Metadata Best Practices Version 1.2 and the Western States Digital Imaging Best Practices Version 1.0.
In scanning and editing the text, no changes were made to the text itself. Only adjustments to the contrast and rotation were made to correct errors in photocopying, binding or scanning the documents. Evidence of library markings and bindings were cropped out when possible. The intent was to provide as clean a copy as possible for ease of reading.
